حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ خُثَيْمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ لأَصْحَابِهِ حِينَ أَرَادُوا دُخُولَ مَكَّةَ فِي عُمْرَتِهِ بَعْدَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ " إِنَّ قَوْمَكُمْ غَدًا سَيَرَوْنَكُمْ فَلَيَرَوُنَّكُمْ جُلْدًا " . فَلَمَّا دَخَلُوا الْمَسْجِدَ اسْتَلَمُوا الرُّكْنَ وَرَمَلُوا وَالنَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ مَعَهُمْ حَتَّى إِذَا بَلَغُوا الرُّكْنَ الْيَمَانِيَّ مَشَوْا إِلَى الرُّكْنِ الأَسْوَدِ ثُمَّ رَمَلُوا حَتَّى بَلَغُوا الرُّكْنَ الْيَمَانِيَّ ثُمَّ مَشَوْا إِلَى الرُّكْنِ الأَسْوَدِ فَفَعَلَ ذَلِكَ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ ثُمَّ مَشَى الأَرْبَعَ .
Muḥammad ibn Yaḥyā narrated to us: ʿAbd al-Razzāq narrated to us; Maʿmar informed us, from Ibn Khuthaym, from Abū al-Ṭufayl, from Ibn ʿAbbās, who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to his Companions when they intended to enter Makkah for his ʿumrah after al-Ḥudaybiyah, “Your people will see you tomorrow, so let them see you strong.” When they entered the mosque, they touched the Corner and jogged, with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) among them. When they reached the Yemenite Corner, they walked to the Black Corner; then they jogged until they reached the Yemenite Corner, then walked to the Black Corner. They did that three times, then walked the remaining four circuits.
