Sunan Ibn Majah 2957

Hishām ibn ʿAmmār narrated to us: Ismāʿīl ibn ʿAyyāsh narrated to us: Ḥumayd ibn Abī Suwayyah said: I heard Ibn Hishām ask ʿAṭāʾ ibn Abī Rabāḥ about the Yemenite Corner while he was circumambulating the House. ʿAṭāʾ said: Abū Hurayrah told me that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Seventy angels have been appointed over it. Whoever says, «O God, I ask You for pardon and well-being in this world and the Hereafter. Our Lord, grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire,» they say, «Amen.»” When he reached the Black Corner, [Ibn Hishām] said, “Abū Muḥammad, what have you heard about this Black Corner?” ʿAṭāʾ said: Abū Hurayrah told me that he heard the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) say, “Whoever touches it is only touching the Hand of the Most Merciful.” Ibn Hishām said to him, “Abū Muḥammad, what about circumambulation?” ʿAṭāʾ said: Abū Hurayrah told me that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say, “Whoever circumambulates the House seven times and speaks only these words: «Glory be to God, praise be to God, there is no god but God, God is greatest, and there is no power or strength except through God,» ten of his sins are erased, ten good deeds are recorded for him, and he is raised ten degrees thereby. Whoever circumambulates and speaks during that time wades into mercy with his feet as one wades through water with his feet.”
