Sunan Ibn Majah 2962

Muḥammad ibn Yaḥyā narrated to us: ʿAbd al-Razzāq narrated to us; he said: I heard al-Muthannā ibn al-Ṣabbāḥ say: ʿAmr ibn Shuʿayb told me, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: I circumambulated with ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿAmr. When we finished the seven circuits, we performed two rakʿahs behind the Kaʿbah. I said, “Shall we seek protection from God from the Fire?” He said, “I seek protection from God from the Fire.” Then he went on, touched the Corner, and stood between the Stone and the Door. He pressed his chest, hands, and cheek against it, then said, “This is how I saw the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) do.”
