حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الزَّنْجِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ قَدِمَ قَارِنًا فَطَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ سَبْعًا وَسَعَى بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ثُمَّ قَالَ هَكَذَا فَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ .
Translation
Hishām ibn ʿAmmār narrated to us: Muslim ibn Khālid al-Zanjī narrated to us: ʿUbayd Allāh ibn ʿUmar narrated to us, from Nāfiʿ, from Ibn ʿUmar, that he arrived combining Hajj and ʿumrah, circumambulated the House seven times, and walked between al-Ṣafā and al-Marwah. Then he said, “This is how the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) did.”
