حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ حَجَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَمَعَنَا النِّسَاءُ وَالصِّبْيَانُ فَلَبَّيْنَا عَنِ الصِّبْيَانِ وَرَمَيْنَا عَنْهُمْ .
Translation
Abū Bakr ibn Abī Shaybah narrated to us: ʿAbd Allāh ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Ashʿath, from Abū al-Zubayr, from Jābir, who said: We performed Hajj with the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him), and women and children were with us. We recited the talbiyah on behalf of the children and stoned on their behalf.
