Hishām ibn ʿAmmār narrated to us: Shuʿayb ibn Isḥāq narrated to us: Ibn Jurayj narrated to us: ʿAmr ibn Dīnār narrated to me that he heard Abū Maʿbad, the client of Ibn ʿAbbās, from Ibn ʿAbbās, who said: A Bedouin came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: “I have enlisted for such-and-such campaign, while my wife is going on ḥajj.” He said: “Go back with her.”
