Sunan Ibn Majah 3072

Abū Bakr ibn Abī Shaybah narrated to us: Sufyān ibn ʿUyaynah narrated to us, from al-Zuhrī, from ʿUrwah, from ʿĀʾishah. [A second chain:] Muḥammad ibn Rumḥ informed us: al-Layth ibn Saʿd informed us, from Ibn Shihāb, from Abū Salamah and ʿUrwah, from ʿĀʾishah, who said: Ṣafiyyah bint Ḥuyayy began menstruating after she had performed the circumambulation of visitation. ʿĀʾishah said: I mentioned this to the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him). He said, “Is she going to hold us back?” I said, “She has performed the circumambulation of visitation, then began menstruating afterward.” The Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Then let her depart.”
