Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَفْلَحَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَلَّدَ وَأَشْعَرَ وَأَرْسَلَ بِهَا وَلَمْ يَجْتَنِبْ مَا يَجْتَنِبُ الْمُحْرِمُ .
Translation
Abū Bakr ibn Abī Shaybah narrated to us: Ḥammād ibn Khālid narrated to us, from Aflaḥ, from al-Qāsim, from ʿĀʾishah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) garlanded and marked the sacrificial animal and sent it off, while not avoiding any of the things a pilgrim in the consecrated state avoids.
