Sunan Ibn Majah 3152
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ جُنْدَبٍ الْبَجَلِيِّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يَقُولُ شَهِدْتُ الأَضْحَى مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَذَبَحَ أُنَاسٌ قَبْلَ الصَّلاَةِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَنْ كَانَ ذَبَحَ مِنْكُمْ قَبْلَ الصَّلاَةِ فَلْيُعِدْ أُضْحِيَّتَهُ وَمَنْ لاَ فَلْيَذْبَحْ عَلَى اسْمِ اللَّهِ " .
Hishām ibn ʿAmmār narrated to us: Sufyān ibn ʿUyaynah narrated to us, from al-Aswad ibn Qays, from Jundab al-Bajalī, who said he heard him say: I was present for the Sacrifice with the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him). Some people slaughtered before the prayer, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever among you slaughtered before the prayer must slaughter another sacrifice; whoever has not done so should slaughter in the name of God.
