حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَمَّارِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، مُؤَذِّنِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ذَبَحَ أُضْحِيَّتَهُ عِنْدَ طَرَفِ الزُّقَاقِ طَرِيقِ بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ بِيَدِهِ بِشَفْرَةٍ ‏.‏

Translation

Hishām ibn ʿAmmār narrated to us: ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Saʿd ibn ʿAmmār ibn Saʿd, the caller to prayer of the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him), narrated to us: My father narrated to me, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) slaughtered his sacrificial animal with his own hand, using a knife, at the edge of the lane on the road of Banū Zurayq.
