حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ ذَبَحَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عَمَّنِ اعْتَمَرَ مِنْ نِسَائِهِ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ بَقَرَةً بَيْنَهُنَّ .

ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Ibrāhīm narrated to us: al-Walīd ibn Muslim narrated to us: al-Awzāʿī narrated to us, from Yaḥyā ibn Abī Kathīr, from Abū Salamah, from Abū Hurayrah, who said: During the Farewell Pilgrimage, the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) sacrificed one cow on behalf of the wives who had performed ʿumrah, sharing it among them.
