Sunan Ibn Majah 1541
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، عَنْ حَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ، عَنْ أُبَىِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَنْ صَلَّى عَلَى جِنَازَةٍ فَلَهُ قِيرَاطٌ وَمَنْ شَهِدَهَا حَتَّى تُدْفَنَ فَلَهُ قِيرَاطَانِ وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ الْقِيرَاطُ أَعْظَمُ مِنْ أُحُدٍ هَذَا " .

Abdullah ibn Sa‘id narrated to us; Abd al-Rahman al-Muharibi narrated to us, from Hajjaj ibn Artat, from Adi ibn Thabit, from Zirr ibn Hubaysh, from Ubayy ibn Ka‘b, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: ‘Whoever performs the funeral prayer receives one qirat, and whoever stays until the burial is completed receives two qirats. By the One in whose hand is Muhammad’s soul, the qirat is greater than this Uhud.’
