حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ عَنْ تَقْصِيصِ الْقُبُورِ .

Azhar ibn Marwan and Muhammad ibn Ziyad narrated to us; they said: Abd al-Warith narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade plastering over graves.
