Sunan Ibn Majah 1689
حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " مَنْ لَمْ يَدَعْ قَوْلَ الزُّورِ، وَالْجَهْلَ، وَالْعَمَلَ بِهِ، فَلاَ حَاجَةَ لِلَّهِ فِي أَنْ يَدَعَ طَعَامَهُ وَشَرَابَهُ " .

Amr ibn Rafi narrated to us; Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Dhi’b, from Sa‘id al-Maqburi, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: ‘Whoever does not give up false speech, ignorance, and acting upon it, Allah has no need for him to give up his food and drink.’
