What was narrated concerning a fasting person touching Sunan Ibn Majah 1688

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:رُخِّصَ لِلْكَبِيرِ الصَّائِمِ فِي الْمُبَاشَرَةِ وَكُرِهَ لِلشَّابِّ .
Translation
It wasnarrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said
“A concession was granted to thosewho are older with regard to touching while fasting, but it wasdisliked on the part of those who are younger.”
