حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: رُخِّصَ لِلْكَبِيرِ الصَّائِمِ فِي الْمُبَاشَرَةِ وَكُرِهَ لِلشَّابِّ .

Muhammad ibn Khalid ibn Abdullah al-Wasiti narrated to us; my father narrated to us, from Ata ibn al-Sa’ib, from Sa‘id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas, who said: ‘A concession was granted to the elderly person who is fasting for intimate contact, while it was disliked for the young man.’
