حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو التَّقِيِّ، هِشَامُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الْحِمْصِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّبَيْدِيُّ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتِ: اكْتَحَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ ‏.‏

Abu al-Taqi Hisham ibn Abd al-Malik al-Himsi narrated to us; Baqiyyah narrated to us; al-Zubaydi narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, from Aishah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) applied kohl while he was fasting.
