What was narrated concerning the tooth stick and kohl for one who is fasting Sunan Ibn Majah 1678
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو التَّقِيِّ، هِشَامُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الْحِمْصِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّبَيْدِيُّ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتِ:اكْتَحَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ .
Translation
It wasnarrated that ‘Aishah said
“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)appliedkohl to his eyes while he was fasting.”
