حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: كُنَّا نَحِيضُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَيَأْمُرُنَا بِقَضَاءِ الصَّوْمِ .

Ali ibn Muhammad narrated to us; Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Ubaydah, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad, from Aishah, who said: We used to menstruate during the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he would instruct us to make up the fast.
