حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: مَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ صَامَ الْعَشْرَ قَطُّ ‏.‏

Hannad ibn al-Sari narrated to us; Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad, from Aishah, who said: I never saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) fast the ten days.
