حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَتْنَا حَبَابَةُ ابْنَةُ عَجْلاَنَ، عَنْ أُمِّهَا أُمِّ حَفْصٍ، عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ حَكِيمٍ بِنْتِ وَدَاعٍ الْخُزَاعِيَّةِ، قَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ ‏"‏ دُعَاءُ الْوَالِدِ يُفْضِي إِلَى الْحِجَابِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
Translation
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah that

the Messenger of Allah (saas) said: "There are three supplications that will undoubtedly be answered: the supplication of one who has been wronged; the supplication of the traveler; and the supplication of a father for his child."
