Urinating while sitting Sunan Ibn Majah 307
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَسُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُوسَى السُّدِّيُّ، قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْمَنْ حَدَّثَكَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ بَالَ قَائِمًا فَلاَ تُصَدِّقْهُ أَنَا رَأَيْتُهُ يَبُولُ قَاعِدًا .
Translation
It was narrated that 'Aishah said
"If anyone tells you that the Messenger of Allah urinated while standing, do not believe him, for I (always) saw him urinating while sitting down."
