Performing ablution by washing three times
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ، عَنِ الرُّبَيِّعِ بِنْتِ مُعَوِّذِ بْنِ عَفْرَاءَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلمـ تَوَضَّأَ ثَلاَثًا ثَلاَثًا .
Translation
It was narrated from Rabi' bint Mu'awwidh bin 'Afra' that
The Messenger of Allah performed ablution washing each part three times.
