Sunan Ibn Majah 581
The sexually impure person sleeping as he is without touching water
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلمـ يُجْنِبُ ثُمَّ يَنَامُ وَلاَ يَمَسُّ مَاءً حَتَّى يَقُومَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَيَغْتَسِلَ .
Translation
It was narrated that 'Aishah said
"The Messenger of Allah would become sexually impure and then sleep without water until he got up later on and taken a bath."
