حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ أُمِرَ بِلاَلٌ أَنْ يَشْفَعَ، الأَذَانَ وَيُوتِرَ الإِقَامَةَ .

Nasr ibn 'Ali al-Jahdami narrated to us: 'Umar ibn 'Ali narrated to us, from Khalid al-Hadhdha', from Abu Qilabah, from Anas, who said: Bilal was instructed to pronounce the call to prayer with its phrases in pairs and the iqamah with an odd number of phrases.
