He who dislikes having people walk behind him Sunan Ibn Majah 246
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ نُبَيْحٍ الْعَنَزِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ إِذَا مَشَى مَشَى أَصْحَابُهُ أَمَامَهُ وَتَرَكُوا ظَهْرَهُ لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ .
Translation
It was narrarted that Jabir bin 'Abdullah said
"When the Prophet walked, his Companions would walk in front of him, and he would leave his back for the angels."
