حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏ "‏ الأَبْعَدُ فَالأَبْعَدُ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ أَعْظَمُ أَجْرًا ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us: Waki' narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Dhi'b, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mihran, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Sa'd, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: ‘The farther a person lives from the mosque, the greater his reward.’
