حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تُقْتَلُ نَفْسٌ ظُلْمًا إِلاَّ كَانَ عَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ الأَوَّلِ كِفْلٌ مِنْ دَمِهَا لأَنَّهُ أَوَّلُ مَنْ سَنَّ الْقَتْلَ " .

Hisham ibn Ammar reported to us: Isa ibn Yunus reported to us: al-Amash reported to us, from Abdullah ibn Murrah, from Masruq, from Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and grant him peace) said, ‘No soul is killed unjustly except that the first son of Adam bears a share of its blood, because he was the first to establish killing.’
