حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْقَاتِلُ لاَ يَرِثُ " .

Muhammad ibn Rumh al-Misri informed us: al-Layth ibn Sad reported to us, from Ishaq ibn Abi Farwah, from Ibn Shihab, from Humayd, from Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and grant him peace) said, ‘A killer does not inherit.’
