حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يُقْتَلُ بِالْوَلَدِ الْوَالِدُ " .

Suwayd ibn Said reported to us: Ali ibn Mushir reported to us, from Ismail ibn Muslim, from Amr ibn Dinar, from Tawus, from Ibn Abbas, that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and grant him peace) said, ‘A parent is not to be killed for his child.’
