Abū Bakr ibn Abī Shaybah narrated to us: Sufyān narrated to us, from al-Zuhrī, from Saʿīd ibn al-Musayyab, from Abū Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “An injury caused by an animal is without liability; a mine is without liability; and a well is without liability.”
