حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ الدِّيَةَ اثْنَىْ عَشَرَ أَلْفًا .

Muhammad ibn Bashshar reported to us: Muadh ibn Hani reported to us: Muhammad ibn Muslim reported to us, from Amr ibn Dinar, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, from the Prophet (Allah bless him and grant him peace), that he set the blood money at twelve thousand.
