حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ وَرْدَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ وَدَّعَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " أَسْتَوْدِعُكَ اللَّهَ الَّذِي لاَ تَضِيعُ وَدَائِعُهُ " .

Hishām ibn ʿAmmār narrated to us: al-Walīd ibn Muslim narrated to us: Ibn Lahīʿah narrated to us, from al-Ḥasan ibn Thawbān, from Mūsā ibn Wardān, from Abū Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, bade me farewell and said: “I entrust you to God, whose trusts are never lost.”
