Abū Bakr ibn Abī Shaybah and ʿAlī ibn Muḥammad narrated to us, both saying: Wakīʿ narrated to us, from Sufyān, from Simāk ibn Ḥarb, from Qabīṣah ibn Hulb, from his father, who said: I asked the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, about the food of the Christians. He said: “Do not let any food in which there is a resemblance to Christianity trouble your heart.”
