ʿAlī ibn Muḥammad narrated to us: Abū Muʿāwiyah narrated to us: Abū Mālik al-Ashjaʿī narrated to us, from Nuʿaym ibn Abī Hind, from Ibn Samurah ibn Jundub, from his father, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Whoever kills an enemy is entitled to his belongings.”
