Fulfilling the pledge Sunan Ibn Majah 2873
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى اللَّيْثِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ جُدْعَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَلاَ إِنَّهُ يُنْصَبُ لِكُلِّ غَادِرٍ لِوَاءٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِقَدْرِ غَدْرَتِهِ "
Translation
It wasnarrated from Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri that the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) said
“For every traitor a banner will be set up on the DayofResurrection, commensurate with his treachery.”
