Hishām ibn ʿAmmār narrated to us: al-Walīd ibn Muslim narrated to us: Yaḥyā ibn al-Ḥārith al-Dhimārī narrated to us, from al-Qāsim, from Abū Umāmah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: “Whoever neither goes out to fight, equips a fighter, nor looks after a fighter family well during his absence, God Most Glorious will afflict him with a calamity before the Day of Resurrection.”
