حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ كَاسِبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، - مَوْلَى آلِ طَلْحَةَ - عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَجْتَمِعُ غُبَارٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَدُخَانُ جَهَنَّمَ فِي جَوْفِ عَبْدٍ مُسْلِمٍ " .

Yaʿqūb ibn Ḥumayd ibn Kāsib narrated to us: Sufyān ibn ʿUyaynah narrated to us, from Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, the client of the family of Ṭalḥah, from ʿĪsā ibn Ṭalḥah, from Abū Hurayrah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “The dust raised in the path of God and the smoke of Hell will never be joined inside a Muslim servant.”
