Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَكُنَّا نَعْزِلُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَالْقُرْآنُ يَنْزِلُ .
Translation
It was narrated that Jabir said
'We used to practice coitus interruptus during the time of the Messenger of Allah when the Qur'an was being revealed.”
