Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ الْقَاضِي، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كُنْتُ أَلْعَبُ بِالْبَنَاتِ وَأَنَا عِنْدَ، رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَكَانَيُسَرِّبُ إِلَىَّ صَوَاحِبَاتِي يُلاَعِبْنَنِي .
Translation
It was narrated that 'Aishah said
"I used to play with dolls when I was with the Messenger of Allah, and he used to bring my friends to me to play with me."
