Sunan Ibn Majah 2457
حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَظِيمِ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لأَنْ يَمْنَحَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ أَرْضَهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ عَلَيْهَا كَذَا وَكَذَا " . لِشَىْءٍ مَعْلُومٍ . وَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ هُوَ الْحَقْلُ وَهُوَ بِلِسَانِ الأَنْصَارِ الْمُحَاقَلَةُ .
Al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Azim al-Anbari narrated to us: Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us: Mamar informed us, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “For one of you to grant his land to his brother is better than taking such-and-such rent for it”—that is, a specified amount. Ibn Abbas said: This is al-haql, and in the language of the Ansar it is called muhaqalah.
