Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَظِيمِ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عِيسَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " نِعْمَتَانِ مَغْبُونٌ فِيهِمَا كَثِيرٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ الصِّحَّةُ وَالْفَرَاغُ " .
Translation
Al-‘Abbas ibn ‘Abd al-‘Azim al-‘Anbari narrated to us; Safwan ibn ‘Isa narrated to us, from ‘Abdullah ibn Sa‘id ibn Abi Hind, from his father, who said: I heard Ibn ‘Abbas say that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “There are two blessings in which many people are deceived and incur loss: health and free time.”
