Sunan Ibn Majah 4173
حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ الرَّقِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، جَمِيعًا عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لاَ يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ مَنْ كَانَ فِي قَلْبِهِ مِثْقَالُ حَبَّةٍ مِنْ خَرْدَلٍ مِنْ كِبْرٍ وَلاَ يَدْخُلُ النَّارَ مَنْ كَانَ فِي قَلْبِهِ مِثْقَالُ حَبَّةٍ مِنْ خَرْدَلٍ مِنْ إِيمَانٍ " .
Suwayd ibn Sa‘id narrated to us; ‘Ali ibn Mushir narrated to us. Another chain: ‘Ali ibn Maymun al-Raqqi narrated to us; Sa‘id ibn Maslamah narrated to us. Both chains go back through al-A‘mash, from Ibrahim, from ‘Alqamah, from ‘Abdullah, who said that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “No one who has an atom’s weight of mustard seed of arrogance in his heart will enter Paradise, and no one who has an atom’s weight of mustard seed of faith in his heart will enter the Fire.”
