Sunan Ibn Majah 4310
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقُولُ " إِنَّ شَفَاعَتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لأَهْلِ الْكَبَائِرِ مِنْ أُمَّتِي " .
Translation
‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Ibrahim al-Dimashqi told us: al-Walid ibn Muslim told us: Zuhayr ibn Muhammad told us, from Ja‘far ibn Muhammad, from his father, from Jabir, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah say, ‘My intercession on the Day of Resurrection is for those among my community who committed major sins.’
