حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏"‏ يَدْخُلُ فُقَرَاءُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ الْجَنَّةَ قَبْلَ الأَغْنِيَاءِ بِنِصْفِ يَوْمٍ خَمْسِمِائَةِ عَامٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It wasnarrated that ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar said

“The poor Muhajiruncomplained to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about that with whichAllahhad favored the rich over them. He said: ‘O poor people,shall I notgive you the glad tidings that the poor believers willenter Paradisehalf a day, five hundred years, before the rich?’”
