Sunan Ibn Majah 4136

Ya‘qub ibn Humayd narrated to us; Ishaq ibn Sa‘id narrated to us, from Safwan ibn Sulaym, from ‘Abdullah ibn Dinar, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah, who said that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Wretched is the slave of the dinar, the slave of the dirham, and the slave of the striped cloak. May he be wretched and fall on his face; if he is pricked by a thorn, may it never be removed from him.”
