Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ أَدْرَكَ رَكْعَةً مِنَ الصَّلاَةِ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ الصَّلاَةَ " .
Translation
Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Abu Salamaibn Abdar-Rahman from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, mayAllah bless him and grant him peace, said "Whoever catches a raka ofthe prayer has caught the prayer."
