وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَن بيْعِ المضطرِّ وعنْ بيْعِ الغَرَرِ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُدْرِكَ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
Translation

‘Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) forbade the sale of a person in distress, sales involving excessive uncertainty, and selling fruit before it ripens. Abu Dawud transmitted it. Its listed grading is da‘if (al-Albani).
