Mishkat al-Masabih 2873
وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَاعَ حِلْسًا وَقَدَحًا فَقَالَ: «مَنْ يَشْتَرِي هَذَا الحلس والقدح؟» فَقَالَ رجل: آخذهما بِدِرْهَمٍ. فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ يَزِيدُ عَلَى دِرْهَمٍ؟» فَأَعْطَاهُ رَجُلٌ دِرْهَمَيْنِ فَبَاعَهُمَا مِنْهُ. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ

Anas reported that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) sold a saddle blanket and a cup. He said: ‘Who will buy this saddle blanket and cup?’ A man said: ‘I will take them for one dirham.’ The Prophet asked: ‘Who will offer more than one dirham?’ A man offered him two dirhams, and he sold them to him. Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, and Ibn Majah transmitted it. Its listed grading is da‘if (al-Albani).
