Ibn ‘Umar reported that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said: ‘Whoever buys palm trees after they have been pollinated, their fruit belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise. Whoever buys a slave who has property, the property belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise.’ Muslim transmitted it. Al-Bukhari transmitted only the first meaning. Its listed grading is sahih (al-Albani).
