وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَقَالَ مُسْلِمًا أقاله اللَّهُ عَثْرَتَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَفِي «شَرْحِ السُّنَّةِ» بِلَفْظِ «الْمَصَابِيحِ» عَن شُرَيْح الشَّامي مُرْسلا

Abu Hurayrah reported that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said: ‘Whoever cancels a sale for a Muslim, Allah will forgive his misstep on the Day of Resurrection.’ Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah transmitted it. In Sharh al-Sunnah, with the wording found in al-Masabih, it is attributed to Shurayh al-Shami as a mursal report. Its listed grading is sahih (al-Albani).
