Mishkat al-Masabih 2897
وَعَنْ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " بِئْسَ الْعَبْدُ الْمُحْتَكِرُ: إِنْ أَرْخَصَ اللَّهُ الْأَسْعَارَ حَزِنَ وَإِنْ أَغْلَاهَا فَرِحَ ". رَوَاهُ الْبَيْهَقِيُّ فِي شُعَبِ الْإِيمَانِ وَرَزِينٌ فِي كِتَابِهِ

Mu‘adh reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) say: ‘What a wretched servant the hoarder is! If Allah lowers prices, he is saddened, and if He raises them, he is pleased.’ Al-Bayhaqi transmitted it in Shu‘ab al-Iman. Razin also included it in his book. Its listed grading has not been studied (al-Albani).
